You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, tattoo designs, illustrations, photography, branding, text, graphics, and website materials are the property of Ink Atelier unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used for AI training, scraping, or derivative works without prior written permission.

Photography & Portfolio Use

Ink Atelier reserves the right to photograph completed tattoo work for use in portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. By booking an appointment, you consent to this use unless you notify the artist in writing prior to your appointment that you do not consent.

Photographs will not include identifying information without your explicit permission. You may request that specific images be removed from public platforms by contacting atelier@larae.ink.

Custom Tattoo Designs

Custom or commissioned tattoo artwork remains protected by copyright unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointment requests submitted through this website do not guarantee booking approval. Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance and receipt of a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 retainer, which is applied toward your session total. Cancellations by the client forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer is required to rebook. If Ink Atelier must reschedule your appointment, your retainer is fully honored and you will be contacted directly.

Consultations are free and carry no booking commitment. Consultation slots are available on a rolling 30-day window. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Age Policy

Tattoo services are available to clients 18 years of age or older only. Ink Atelier does not tattoo minors under any circumstances, including with parental or guardian consent.

Individuals within six months of their 18th birthday are welcome to schedule a consultation to discuss future services. No tattoo services will be performed until the client has reached 18 years of age, and a valid government-issued ID confirming age is required at all appointments.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or any services provided by Ink Atelier, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jasper County, Missouri.
